On-Site Training can be done right in your office and provide flexible instruction for users while working at their desks, on their workstations, with real processing situations.

Class Room Training

Sending staff away from the hustle and pressures of the daily office routine can sometimes give them a fresh way of looking at how to do things in a relaxed, but formal training environment. Classroom Training can be done at CIM-Data, your office, or a local hotel, etc., away from the distractions and interruptions of a busy office.

Web Cam Training

Using modern Internet technology and remote control, a CIM-Data trainer can do remote training and control your display and keyboard. Web-Cam training reduces travel costs, provide greater planning flexibility, and is the next best thing to being there! You need a web cam, firewall ports enabled, and high-speed Internet. Since the Internet is used, there are no long distance charges.

Ad Hoc Training vs Formal Courses

Formal CIM-Data courses have been designed with standard training outlines to deliver specific topics within a reasonable time frame. One, a few, or several users can be trained at the same time. We can also design custom training programs for special situations.

Training Credits

Many of our courses qualify for standard and management training credits. Students must attend the full course to receive credits.
