Telephone Support

Telephone Support gives you direct access to CIM-Data Support Staff. Although at most times you can connect directly to a support person, we endeavour to respond to all calls within 15 minutes and have a response within a maximum of 2 hours.

Prioritization

Telephone Support is prioritized so that customers with the most urgent problems are cared for first.

What we can help you with

Telephone Support can take all your calls and initiate any inquiry. Support staff can handle most questions in a few minutes are are often instantly available (depending on call frequency, etc.). When inquiries are escalated to other levels or departments, support will monitor your incident until it is closed.

Support Call Tracking and Support Areas

The receptionist will ask you for the type of support call you are making so that we may track the numbers and types of calls made and expedite urgent situations.
