Remote Support

Remote Support permits CIM-Data Support Staff to log onto your system and be with you on your workstation using remote control technologies.

By being able to see what your users see in real time, troubleshooting and assistance can happen faster with less errors. With remote control, a CIM-Data Support person can take over a keyboard and mouse and show a user how to navigate or perform a task.

Is Remote Support Safe?

Remote Support can be safe as long as your firewalls and security are properly setup and maintained. In addition, Server and Client access can be set to permit remote access only once a user clicks a "permit" button.

Can we use Remote Support ourselves?

Once Remote Support is set up, many of our customers find it completely practical and helpful to use this technology themselves.
