Online Help Files
CIM-Data Software is installed with a number of help files included on
the server that users can have access to. The following are some of the
most useful help files available:

| CIMAutoUpdate | Documentation on setting up and the operation of the the CIM-Data Automatic Update Service. |
| EDI Help | A detailed User Guide on the theory and use of the CIM-Data Policy Information System. |
| PrntSetup | A guide on setting up automatic, default Printer Routing, Branch office printer setups, etc. |
| Query | A User Guide on the basic use of the CIM-Data Query Utility. |
| RCTHelp | A User Guide on the use and theory of the CIM-Data version of the RCT EvaluRator. |
| ReferenceManual | A User Guide on the use and operation of the Runbpi Text Interface. |
| ReportGuide | A detailed list of reports and batch runs available and their setups. |
| SystemAdmin | Full technical information, steps, and documentation and tips on setting up a CIM-Data Server, network, workstations, etc. |
| VCIMReference | A User Guide on the use and operation of the VCIM Gui Interface. |
To open your help files, open any CIM-Data Software and click on Help in the Menu Bar. For dialog based programs such as CIMAutoUpdates or PrntSetup, click on the Windows Application Icon. Examples:
