Viewing reports
before printing
Why waste pages and pages of paper printing reports that you do not want
or need? For those of you that run on the NT platform you can view
queued reports before printing.

You are at the server. |

Open Explore (right click on the
start button-Explore). |

Scroll down on the left hand side of
the screen until you see the D: drive (Cim-Data) |

There will be a Plus sign in front
of the D:, click on it and make it a minus. |

You will now see several folders
under Cim-Data D:, one of which will be named CIM. Make the plus
into a minus and more folders will appear. |

You will notice a folder called
reports double click on top of the yellow folder. |
| 7. |
On the right: hand side of the
screen you will see a folder with the same name as your database
(usually Main), double click on top of that folder. |
| 8. |
You will now see a list of reports
that have been run on the system. |
| 9. |
Choose the report in question and
double click on it. |
| 10. |
To exit the report and explorer
click on the X in the upper right hand corner. |
You may also view these reports from individual workstations by mapping
across the network.
