Branch Office and Home
User Connections via High Speed Internet
You may use high speed Internet
connection as Cable modem or Bell High Speed DSL to connect your
branch offices or home users. Many of our clients are already
taking advantage of this new Internet connection technology. All
you need is a high-speed connection in your main office. High
speed connection in branch offices is preferable, but dialup
Internet connection can be used at lower speeds as well.
There are two options on how to
setup this connection: VPN or Terminal Services.
Terminal Services
requirements:
 |
Internet High Speed
connection in main office – business account |
 |
Internet High Speed
connection – business account in each branch office.
Check with your Internet Provider, that you are allowed
to share this connection. Dialup Internet connection
would work also, but is more suitable for home users. |
 |

 |
upgrade main server to
Windows 2000 Server |
 |

 |
purchase Terminal Service
