Built-In Boechk Evaluator
CIM-Data developed its own Boeckh Evaluator software in 1991. Since then our improvements have been copied back into the original "IBC Calculator" and now the CQ product.

Full Accounting - Client, Company, Payroll, etc.
Our customers tell us we have the best darn accounting system out there. Period. We invented the instant post concept - there is no end of the day run to generate a financial. You can reprint financials for any time period, even in the middle of the month. You can reprint aging reports, payable reports, and other reports for past periods. Post-Dated cheques have been integrated more thoroughly and for longer than any other system available. We also include full subbroker and other advanced sub accounting systems.

Advanced Receivables Control
Many brokerages have turned to Direct Bill because their systems do not provide adequate receivables control. With CIM-Data, you can make additional income and provide better, more friendly customer service with our Advanced, Automatic, Accounts Receivable Control Systems.

Full Personal Lines Policy Information System and EDI
We have the most complete, most up-to-date, and most advanced personal lines CSIO compatible EDI and Policy Information System. CIM-Data was the first to achieve full certification of all seven CSIO functions. CIM-Data was the first to achieve "no outstanding issues status" at CSIO and no longer have EPOF meetings at CSIO because we have the easiest to use, most trouble free EDI available.

Integrated Auto Premium Calculator
Our Policy Information and EDI screens include a super accurate premium calculator that is especially quick at answering "what if" questions from clients. Since it is fully integrated, you can quick quote then print a full CSIO Application, and even upload - all in one step!

Commercial Policy Information System
Our built-in Commercial Policy System can be customized for your special needs and is used for issuing policies. We also have a liaison with Tec4 and their Policy Works products.

IICC - VICC VinLink Decoder
CIM-Data initiated the first integration of the VinLink Decoder with a Broker Management System. Just click to verify any VIN entered in your system to check it.

Two-Step Data Conversions
CIM-Data has consistently delivered the most complete and trouble free conversions from other systems. We do it in two steps: The first step is to do an initial conversion to customize our conversion programs especially for you. We discuss how you want your old codes to be converted, any data cleanup options you wish to invoke, and how to handle post-dated cheques, prebills, etc. You then have an opportunity to verify the conversion results. Then, step two is a second conversion with current live data on your target date with pre-tested conversion routines modified just for you!

Training
No matter what system you are coming from, CIM-Data training staff can show you and your staff how to use CIM-Data. We have in-house training facilities or can train right in your office. We can provide concentrated crash training or spread it out over several weeks. We will work with your staff to ensure they learn at their pace.
